- Enter the amount you would like to donate
- In the message field, please include your full name, address and the purpose of the donation, when applicable
Donation receipts
We will issue a donation receipt in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements. Please include your full legal name and complete mailing address in the message box when making your e-Transfer.
If there is not enough space in the e-Transfer message, please email this information separately to cawajachurch1@gmail.com. Please also include the donation amount and the date it was sent so that we can identify your donation.
